Free delivery KW + Cambridge Pay at the door OMAFA-inspected pork

No storefront, no checkout line, no payment until the meat is in your hands. Here’s the full journey of your order, start to finish.

1. You order online

Browse the shop and add what you like — individual cuts, a combo box, or both in one cart. There’s no minimum order and no account required. At checkout you enter your delivery details and submit. You don’t pay anything online.

Most cuts are sold by weight, so the shop shows an “up to $X” price based on the top of the weight range. Your final price is set by the exact weight of your pack — never more than the quoted maximum, often a little less.

2. We confirm your order

Shortly after your order comes in, we’ll text or email you to agree on a delivery day and window that fits your schedule. Because everything is prepared fresh to order, allow a lead time of one to two days.

Before we start preparing, you’ll receive a final summary with exact weights and the updated total. Reply with any changes at that point — swap an item, adjust a quantity, or cancel entirely at no charge.

3. We prepare your order fresh

Your cuts are prepared by hand in our kitchen, inspected by Region of Waterloo Public Health — cut, marinated, breaded or stuffed to order, then tray-packed in breathable trays, the same format you’d find at a quality butcher counter. Nothing is prepared from frozen stock.

4. We deliver, you pay at the door

We deliver free across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge in the window we agreed on. Someone needs to be home to receive the order. You pay the final confirmed amount at the door — cash, tap (debit or credit), or e-transfer.

After delivery

Refrigerate and use within 3 days, or freeze immediately — everything keeps well frozen for up to 3 months. Cooking instructions are on every product page, and our cooking guides cover each format step by step.
